Hotel Locarno is a masterpiece unto itself, perfectly situated on a quiet road in the centre of Rome and just a stone’s throw from the splendid Piazza del Popolo. During the summer, drinks are served in the marvelous and romantic garden, where jazz concerts are performed one evening a week.
